Special Meeting to be Held on November 8 in Reno, Nevada
PITTSBURGH, PA / ACCESSWIRE / September 12, 2019 / Liberated Syndication (OTCQB:LSYN) ("Libsyn" or the "Company"), a recognized leader in podcast hosting, distribution and monetization, today provided an update on the request to call a Special Meeting of Stockholders ("Special Meeting") by Camac Fund, LP, and its affiliates Camac Partners, LLC, Camac Capital, LLC, and Eric Shahinian (collectively, "Camac").
On August 22, 2019, an independent inspector certified that the written requests submitted by Camac satisfy the necessary requirements to call a Special Meeting. Libsyn has scheduled the Special Meeting for 9:00am (PST) on Friday, November 8, 2019 at the offices of the Company's Nevada counsel Sherman & Howard L.L.C. at 50 West Liberty Street, Suite 1000, Reno, Nevada 89501. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 15, 2019 will be entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the Special Meeting, which will be conducted in accordance with the Company's bylaws.
Loeb & Loeb LLP and Sherman & Howard LLP are serving as legal advisors to the Company and MacKenzie Partners, Inc. is serving as an advisor in connection with the activities of Camac.
